For modifying and processing the widest ranges of polymers, Polycomp has installed 'state of the art' technology.
Mixing and feeding are controlled by computerised process systems allowing accurate dosing via continuous or batch systems.
To provide the maximum compound process flexibility, different extrusion technologies from Berstorff, Coperion Buss and Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer are installed. These extruders are high speed lines, high torque, single and twin screw units providing optimum conditions for high and low temperature processing and the control needed for shear or temperature sensitive materials.


Pelletisation is by strand cutting or by under-water-pelletizers.
With this high degree of flexibility in handling, dosing and processing, we are usually able to provide solutions for all needs of our customers. PolyComp´s processing expertise covers a very broad range of Polymer types such as Polyolefin's, Polyamides, Polyester, Polycarbonate, ABS and PMMA. These resins can additionally be modified e.g. with fillers such as Talc, glassreinforcement, elastomer for impact modification, or different Additives and Pigments can be added to produce coloured compounds.
